Smédar's trails: additional information
The first waste trail was created on SMÉDAR's territory at Villers-Ecalles, near Barentin.
Many walkers have visited the trail since it opened and interactively discovered so much information about waste! This new trail is called "In the footsteps of our litter", and it invites you to protect and respect nature, something that we all appreciate!

SMÉDAR has made educational materials available that we invite you to discover!
Educational worksheets: a series of seven worksheets with games that make a comparison between nature's waste and ours.
Sound materials: we provide a ready-to-play audio walk, lasting about 30 minutes in French.
The audio guide is perfectly adapted to a family visit, and enables you to make the most of a stroll with comments and sound effects. You are free to listen either at the boards, or when walking ... Modern media that will suit everyone!
You can listen to comments on line or download to your mobile 'phone or an MP3 player. The voice of Jimmy Clean, our mascot, will be a very good guide!
And... open your eyes wide to admire the countryside of our beautiful region!
